Poem

Fall
The golden leaves dance in the wind
Beneath the radiance of the Autumn sun;
The gray squirrel startles and run,
As the woodpecker flaps its wings.

Atop a pine tree, the warbler sings
While a cute chipmunk is having fun,
Running around from branch to branch
And gets under the nerve of an angry finch.

The radiant west of the twilight sun
Gradually gives way to the dark evening,
As the water fowls go on swimming.

The golden leaves take one last dance,
To the soothing rhythm of the Northern wind
Which fells them down as they’re dying.
